We are proud to share that Oregon State University's Reser Stadium has been selected by Athletic Business as a 2025 Facility of Merit.

Fans in the foreground wear orange and hold foam fingers, while players are positioned on the field. The scoreboard displays “THIRD DOWN” in orange text across multiple sections.

The prestigious awards recognize just ten premier athletic facilities each year. We proudly collaborated on the award-winning Reser Stadium with Populous and Hoffman Construction.

Through our project, Reser Stadium underwent a transformation that involved an entirely new west side featuring a 360-degree concourse.

The expanded concourse, dubbed Beaver Street, connects the full perimeter of the stadium and unifies the fan experience with design details often found in an urban streetscape.

A large photographic mural of the campus at sunset fills the wall beneath the stairs. Two people are seated on the sofa, one reading and one using a laptop. Dark tile flooring is visible.

A large illuminated sign reading “Welcome to Beaver Street” is prominently displayed in the foreground. Stadium lights are on, and spectators fill the seating levels above.

Beaver Street is a first-of-its-kind feature in collegiate sports facilities, flipping the traditional design of a football concourse so concessions areas face the field, providing all fans with an open-air direct view of the action from 15.5 feet above field level.

Concessions areas are reimagined to have a storefront appearance, evoking feelings of walking along an urban streetscape while also paying homage to the food hall culture popular throughout the Pacific Northwest.
