When you ask Brandon what he does for a living, his response isn’t about buildings. It’s about culture. It’s about the role he plays in inspiring our teams to enrich the lives of individuals, help organizations become better and ultimately, improve the way we design and build projects.
Brandon’s knack for driving culture extends across the firm, with a specific lens on the West Region where he oversees the strategic growth and design impact of our offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Diego, California; Portland, Oregon; and Seattle, Washington.
Brandon brings the same energy to project delivery, championing collaborative approaches like progressive design-build. A longtime advocate for this model, he served as president of the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) Western Pacific Region in 2022 and now helps shape national policy through DBIA’s Legislative Committee. In 2023, he was instrumental in the passage of California Senate Bill 706, landmark legislation enabling cities, counties and special districts across California to adopt Progressive Design-Build. Brandon sits on the national board of directors for the DBIA and was recently inducted into the DBIA College of Fellows.
