East Region Associate Practice Director

Maria Gorodetskaya

As our East Region associate practice director focused on business practices and process, Maria plays a key role in how projects are managed and delivered across the region. She works closely with project managers and leadership to guide project planning, staffing and delivery, enabling teams to navigate challenges and keep complex work moving forward. From the earliest project interviews through completion, Maria helps align projects with the right resources and approach to deliver strong outcomes for our clients.

Maria also plays a key role in strengthening how our firm delivers work overall. She shapes best practices, guides fee development and oversees critical areas such as risk management, compliance, quality and sustainability. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but it helps our teams operate with clarity and consistency and meet the high standards our clients expect. In doing so, it supports our Living-Centered Design culture, where we design to improve life for the people who use our buildings while also creating an environment where our own teams can do their best work.
