Richard appreciates all aspects of a project — from the earliest planning conversations to final punch lists — because he knows that great design is only as strong as its execution.
As a senior project manager in the firm, he oversees and executes all aspects of a diverse range of building types, including historical structures, cultural buildings, educational facilities, offices and medical facilities. He enjoys it all: building client relationships, navigating contracts, aligning financial goals, planning work efficiently, and continuously elevating team performance.
