Forsyth Pointe Office Towers establishes a new urban presence in Clayton, Missouri, through a pair of refined glass office towers that balance openness and civic scale. The project reimagines the contemporary workplace as both a high-performance environment and an extension of the city, where architecture, landscape and public life are deliberately interwoven.

The two towers are composed as light-filled volumes, defined by horizontal floor plates, deep roof overhangs and expansive glazing that maximizes daylight while framing long views across the city. Their massing establishes a confident skyline presence without overpowering the surrounding context, creating a dialogue with neighboring buildings through proportion and material restraint. At street level, the towers are carefully grounded with warm materials, generous canopies and active uses that reinforce a strong pedestrian experience along Forsyth Boulevard.

The shared podium that supports the towers is treated as an integrated architectural element rather than a standalone structure. Its screening system conceals parking while contributing texture and color to the overall composition.

Using a single extruded aluminum fin oriented in multiple directions, the façade subtly shifts in transparency as viewers move past it. Painted in four colors and arranged in layered patterns, the screen produces changing perceptions across different vantage points, giving the podium — and by extension the towers above — a sense of motion and depth within the urban fabric.

Between and around the towers, a dramatic landscape strategy transforms the development into a connected campus rather than a collection of isolated buildings. A series of terraces, planted roofs and outdoor rooms step across the site, creating spaces for movement and informal gathering.

Lawns, walking paths and seating areas introduce a human-scaled counterpoint to the architectural precision above, offering employees and visitors ample greenery in the middle of the city.
