Adam McKillop, PhD, named Pediatric Consulting Leader for Blue Cottage of CannonDesign

Many Blue Cottage team members have spent their careers dedicated to the health and education of children, and Blue Cottage has been a trusted partner to pediatric clients since 2008. Adam will play a key role in advancing this important work, leading projects for top-tier hospitals, academic medical centers and educational institutions that address the complex physical, emotional, social and cognitive needs of children. He’ll also continue to contribute to CannonDesign’s Whole Child, Every Child framework, which prioritizes children’s holistic well-being by addressing the interconnected factors that shape outcomes for kids. 

Adam has been with Blue Cottage since January 2020, most recently as a Vice President and Consulting Manager, where he focused on strategy and transformation initiatives within healthcare projects. Some of his key recent clients include Mayo Clinic, Nebraska Medicine, Boston Children’s Hospital, Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital and Children’s Minnesota. Prior to joining Blue Cottage, Adam worked at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto as a Strategic Initiatives Manager, where he developed a greater appreciation for the vulnerability that comes with a sick or injured child — but also the hope, fun and joy that separates pediatric care from adult services.
