Donna Demerjian, PhD, LCSW, LBBP

With more than 40 years of experience leading clinical services, operational strategy and program development across the behavioral health continuum, Donna brings rare depth to the work of facility activation. As the behavioral health leader at Yellow Brick Consulting, she guides organizations from early vision through full operational readiness so that programs launch with the clinical soundness and operational strength to serve patients for years to come. 

Donna's dual background as both a psychologist and clinical social worker allows her to bridge clinical insight with real-world operational demands in ways few practitioners can. Her proudest accomplishment is knowing that the programs she has helped build continue to care for people long after a project is finished.
