As founder and president of Yellow Brick Consulting, now part of CannonDesign, Kelly brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience guiding organizations through Day 1 activation. She leads one of the industry’s most sought-after healthcare project management teams, partnering with health systems to plan for and activate new facilities. Acting as a critical link between construction teams and executive leadership, Kelly is known for helping organizations navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidence. Her perspective is shaped by a rare combination of clinical experience as a nurse and nurse administrator, firsthand experience as an owner and a practical understanding of how complex projects truly unfold.

She is a co-author of the “Simplifying the Complex” book series and has played a meaningful role in advancing transition and activation planning as a discipline.
