Jeff Agner

Jeff supports healthcare project teams and organizations as they prepare to open new facilities. Serving as a liaison between design and construction teams and the owners and staff who will work in the space, Jeff ensures that the building is fully outfitted and that teams are prepared to provide safe and effective care from day one. He brings an ability to maintain strategic clarity in complex and challenging situations, helping teams navigate the uncertainties inherent in both large and small-scale activation efforts.

For Jeff, the start-up of a new facility represents the culmination of years of coordinated planning and collaboration. He views these moments not only as operational milestones, but as reflections of the successful relationships and trust built across teams.  He celebrates the fact that it is people, not buildings, who ultimately deliver incredible buildings and exceptional care.

Jeff is an active member of the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Southern California Project Management Institute. He has published extensively on transition and activation planning and is a frequent speaker at industry events nationwide.
