We are proud to share The Mill has been recognized as the overall winner in the Interior-Workplace category by Architect's Newspaper (AN) via its prestigious Best of Year Awards program.

A modern lounge with orange sofas, exposed stone walls, and a high ceiling. People are seated, and one person walks by. Art is displayed on the walls.

AN's annual program honors the best built and unbuilt work across typologies, facades, landscapes, interiors and beyond. AN receives thousands of submissions which are then reviewed by a distinguished jury.

Our team worked with Magdalena Keck Interiors to transform The Mill, a historic complex that previously served as everything from a pizza restaurant to a night club, into a high-end office development for a confidential technology client.

The design celebrates the original architectural details juxtaposed with contemporary interventions and bold, unexpected elements that create a sense of discovery.

A modern, open office space with large windows and a view of the street. Inside are geometric wooden steps used as seating, featuring people sitting and working. The foreground shows a rustic stone wall contrasting with the sleek interior design.

Testimonials

  • I think that the execution is pretty amazing. They had a really acute eye when it came to furniture, and even the texture overlay.
